[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — very frequent calls

I've been receiving non stop calls from hathway service providers regarding new schemes and offers inspite of informing that i have opted out of the service and deactivated my account due to shift of residence.
(Note: my account number is no longer in existence and this has been verified)

These calls are extremely harassing as iv been receiving more than 3 calls in a day from different numbers each time.
Fed up of repeating the same thing to each caller.
Please update your database and see to it that customers who have opted out of your service do not receive any calls in the future!

Same applies to promotional mails from company and private email ID's of employees. Extremely frustrated with this service. Kindly take notes n ensure this doesn't repeat.
