[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — very improper response... they close the ticket by themselves without asking for confirmation from the customer as well. | |||
Inspite o[censored]pdating hathway people, due to their improper response, we earlier have deactivated same connection. But with the due concern from them in return, that it would not be repeated, we tried considering them and took a wrong step again by taking broadband connection from them. They didnot sent any proper support engineer to guide us.. Bad connectivity and inspite of taking 40mbps, we are not getting proper speed... Our account no. Is [protected]... We need refund and disconnection of our services... As its just 3-4days that too very slow connectivity... Was this information helpful? | |||
