Worst Hathaway service .
My account is ID [protected] subscribed to speed 50 Mbps and 60 GB data.
This Month of March WORST HATHAWAY is PROVIDING me with 0.55 Mbps of speed with 0 gb of data after post billing cycle (28 th of every month).

I have raised the complaint regrading this very poor response hathway.

this happened after they changed the modem.

Updated by ramesh.tmd for data wrongly charged the just emailed back and not resolved the issue . they not even bothered c to call.
