[Resolved]  Hathway Cable & Datacom — very poor services of hathway and rude service person, they just take the payment first and do not provide services

I paid for a new connection in hathway, indore branch. They came to my home for payment procedure and all, i have the receipt, but after that i've called them several times but the service person is really rude and keeps on delaying, plus he has blocked my number now. They haven't even activated the account and no one has come for installation purpose, thus i cannot open my account on ur official website to register a complaint. It is very difficult for me to reach customer support branch in indore also. I'd like to have a refund as soon as possible for such kind of poor services. Acc no-[protected].
