[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — wifi speed | |||||
We have been using Hathway broadband services since 2009.We had opted for a plan of 50mbps unlimited plan. For some time it will be 50mbps but after a certian limit it drops to 2 or 3 mbps. We have called the customer care many times. It was shortly resolved but, has returned again. We always have service issues with Hathway Broadband. Why is it so? The customer care number was telling us that the services are in repair since many days, we had to use incorrect account numbers to get connected. Why so much negligence?
