[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — worst broadband connection

Dear all,

I am facing speed issue for the past 3 months, i have registered complaints more than 10 times in an month, but they could not resolve the issue even now... One of the worst technical team, they dont even know to find the root cause of the problem, and one fine day a hathway executive said our "network will be like that only".. I am asking for refund my amount for the past one month.. No answer... But issue still persists..
