Hi team,

After several complaints for refund process, your team has approached us on 20th march. And now its 26 th of april... Still we didnt receive our refund. This thing is continuing from 6th december, 2016 (The day we discontinued the service).

Can you please tell me when are we going to get our refund and the exact date of refund as its been 4 months we have discontinued the hathway service.

It is very unprofessional. I will definitely not recommend this connection to anyone.
Revert back asap and stop harassing the customers.
