Hathway Cable & Datacom — worst internet service

My customer id is [protected], the cable runs over from one end of the lane to other, when ever any heavy duty vehicle pass by, the cable is disconnected, number of times ending up with no internet, after many complaints it gets fixed, and speed is worst, but they only promptly call for renewal, never bother about service they are providing. Customer care number doesn't work, even if it works it takes 12 to 18 minutes to reach an executive. Really pissed off.
