Hathway Cable & Datacom — wrong commitment from billing department - hathway | |||
I have been using hathway internet services under account number -[protected]. I got call from billing department and told me if i pay for 3 months in advance i will get 4th month internet free so i agreed to pay 3 months instalment in cash on 12-apr-2018 for rs. 2655 (885 per month). However when i log in to my account it says paid for 3 months subscription and when i call the support number they are saying no offer is reflecting in their account. I need my money back or i need 4 months of internet. Customer care agents are so rude not ready to listen and even hang upon me. These guys are cheat and fraud!! Was this information helpful? | |||
