I had renewed the package "men_community_80mb_blr_pre_hlfyrly-subscription", but the plan that's being activated is "men_value_100_mbps_pre_hy" which only has 300 gbs for 6 months.
To make things worse, the amount that i paid is 5657/- but i just see 5426/- in the bill. Do you even consider returning the remaining amount, or you just believe in scamming your customers?
After 12 continuous and not so customer friendly calls and mails, and waiting for internet for 3 days despite of making the payment, i just get 300 gbs for 6 months?
My previous package had unlimited internet with 6 months + 60 days offer. Renewal should give me the exact same package. If the terms are changed it has to be mentioned explicitly.
If the previous package isn't gonna be continued then please transfer the money back to my account and deactivate it altogether. This package is as good as not having anything.
Really disappointed!
