Hathway Cable & Datacom — wrong promises | |||||
I, on behalf of my wife, Ms Swati Kamath (customer ID number [protected]) have made the payment of INR 11, 150. As discussed over the phone and on mail communications from Hathway team, the HD Elite plan (50 MBPS speed) was for 15 months (12 Months + 3 Months free) with limit of 350 GB per month. However, the plan activated by Hathway is completely different. The plan activated by Hathway states connection duration of only 12 months with data limit of 250 GB per month. Now I have been chasing Hathaway and multiple attempts to resolve this via calls, emails, social media have proved to be futile. Following documents have been attached:- 1) Receipt for payment of INR 11, 150 2) Email confirmation from Hathaway and 3) Screenshots for communications. Was this information helpful? | |||||
