Hathway Cable — Most of the time they have technical problem

This complain is regarding the Hathway customer care of Indore as they do not show any interest in solving the customers problem and without solving the problem they keep the phone.Everyday there is a technical issue with the cable operator and there is no cable for at least an hour.When I try to contact them either the cable operator does not answer or the customer care so please solve this problem.
