I am user of hathway Cable connection whose Card number is [protected] from Jan’2015 and paid amount for below mentioned without receipt as local cable person never provides receipt : 1.) Setup-Box 2.) Cable TV Connection 3.) Monthly Charge Upto Oct’2015 One day Local cable person came and take money upto Oct’2015 given receipt and disconnect the connection. Required detailed reason for disconnection as Nov.’2015 month I am out of Mumbai but now when I am back unable to see TV. Attached is the receipt got till now for all above 03 point s mentioned.
