[Resolved]  Hathway — Cancel my broadband connection immediately

Hi
I was told by the hathway sales person i will be given play box during hathway installation. But later customer care said that i am not eligible for a playbox and asked me to pay extra in the next month to get one. I am not planning to pay more and personally I didn't like their service. So I asked them to cancel my connection on 16th Feb 2022. It's been 10 days and they have not cancelled my connection. No proper communication from them. I get messages calls and emails to pay my next month's bill by 28 feb. But I have raised request for cancellation long back. Can you please contact hathway and cancel my connection? Can you please take some legal action against fradulent company like hathway?
