My internet was not working on 8th july 2020, so i raised a complaint on their app stating the problem and was waiting for their response. Waited the entire day, but didn't receive a single line of communication from them.
So i called their toll free number on 9th july and they said that the issue will be resolved 2 pm. I waited till 2 but nothing happened. Then i called again and they said it will be resolved by 6pm.
This was weird. They said that they has escalated my complaint to the technical team and that i will receive a call from them very soon. That never happened.
I have been calling them everyday, asking for the number of their technical team and they don't say anything. They just say what's on their paper when a customer complains with lines like "we understand sir, we request you to wait. Somebody from our team will call you shortly", "we request you to wait sir, we have escalated your complaint".
Today is 14th july and the issue still persists. Due to their horrible services i am not able to work from home at all.
I am not renewing my pack and that is for sure. Was this information helpful? |
