This is regarding the Hathway Service I had subscribed to in the name of Sneha Gada on the following address: A/2, Gita Building, P. ramabai road, Gamdevi, Mumbai -7 . I had subscribed to the service in 13th Septembe, where in your salesperson Mr Ram Kumar Vishwakarma had taken our paymetn of Rs. 2734 on a postdated cheque dated on 20th September. My account no is 1430526
He promised us that in those 7 days a technical engineer will come in to check the connectivity in our area and only then he will deposit the cheque.
There was no engineer who came in till the 20th and Mr Ram cheated us and deposited the cheque. After which on making repeated complaints an engineer named Mr. Hussain came in who checked the connectivity in our flat and said that we donot have enough connectivity hence we need to discontinue the service.
Following which we asked to cancel the service and asked for a refund of the amount.
I made repeated complaints and request to cancel the service which as as follows14217272.
This has been around 2 months since we have asked to cancel the service but no response has been shown from your end.
Today when we called the customer service they said that the service is active when no modem is connected at our place, . This is a clear case of fraud and cheating. I had sent a mail to the Nodal officer also, even he hasnt replied. This is the last email and complaint we are making. If i donot get any response in a day I will forward this mail to the consumer forum and report a case of fraud.
Look into the matter as soon as possible
