Hathway — Channels missing

hi, I am Srinivas, a Hathway cable subscriber from Hyderabad. I am not getting many channels which I complained to my local cable operator but I did not get any help from him. I wanted to add those channels by adding them to my account online, but I don't have any accound number which the Hathway site is asking to register. There are some numbers on on STB which I am mentioning below: MAC18550F2E5DD1 3410-HATH-01 3410-HATH-K9 D132736 I don't know which one of the above is what number, I just mentioned them all. Please help to find my account number so that I can add channels online. thanks, Srinivas
