Hathway — Charged customer and did not activate the internet | |||
I had made the payment on 28-may-2020, the service was not activated till 15th of june for more than 15 days. Hence i request you to cancel the service and disconnect the internet service. Refund the amount of 589/- asap. Else i shall raise a consumer complaint for the same. Every time the customer service person calls and mentions that the internet is activated, but i am not able to use the same. Mentioned the same everytime they call. Hence i am unsatisfied with the service and i had requested to cancel the service and refund the amount.
