Hathway — Complaint regarding new broadband connection from hathway | |||
Hi sir, By the hath way people i got cheated as they will give new connection for low rates for that i deactivated my ACT broadband connection and i requested a new broad band connection and a person called from hathway and asked me about the address he confirms that we have a feasibility at your home address a connection will be done with in 24 hours, he created one hathway account[protected] for me and i asked to pay the money of 2230 and i paid on 04/01/2016(transaction no:[protected]) for the new connection. After taking money i followed up them so many times to get the new connection. At finally they get back to me after two days saying that they wont be able to get the connection in my area as they don't have any feasibility in UPPAL Hyderabad. Now i called customer care service more than 15 time to get all the details of refund or any other way that i can get the connection. Every time i got the answer saying that i can get back a call with in 24 hrs and they will give one complaint number(different) for me. But i never got a call from them.My question is why the person confirms and collects money if the location is not covered. Now i need refund of my money ASAP and some more money to set up a previous connection as they charge some money for installation again. Regards, tejaswi reddy Was this information helpful? | |||
