Hathway — Connection disconnected

Hi, My Hathway AC is - 1247059. I have taken the connection on 03-01-15 with a payment of 3145, the plan being Unlimited for 6 + 1 months. So the next payment date would be 04-08-15. But the portal states the expiry date as 04-07-15!!! And the connection seems to be disconnected now. Can you please look into the matter on an urgent basis and restore the connection ASAP? my hathway user Account is 1293736. I am able to connect internet through mobile but unable to connect through my laptop. please resolve this problem.
