[Resolved] Hathway — Connection is not active and very poor response from the customer care | |||
Hi, I have applied for hathway connection on 5 Jul 2014. After repeated calling Mr Yogesh Dwivedi, the sales representative and the customer care, I got the modem and the wiring done on 19th Jul 2014. The modem guy told us that there is some issue in the line and some other guy within 1 hour will contact me to get it fixed and then the connection will be active. Till this time my connection is not active. I called the customer care to know my hathway account details, he said that my billing has started from 19th Jul 2014. When asked why billing is started without the connection being active he did not have any good answer. He has given me the complaint number 10167212. About the services, I mailed twice to the ncr.[protected]@hathway.net and did not get any response. Please resolve my issue and also try to improve the customer care.
