Its been only 15 days I used their internet connection in bangalore and from the day I got the connection, I called the customer support team and raising a complaint regarding internet connectivity. On registering a complaint, some agent tells 4 hours some 24 hours. After few hours, I will get message as the request with some number is been closed. They closed the ticket without getting confirmation from the customer. What is this. I am fed up with complaining daily and hence request you to take the 15days charge and refund the rest of the amount. I cant keep buzzing the customer support and registering a complaint daily. Also there is no number of senior authority to talk with. All the number given in the website is always busy. I tried many times for the last 2-3 days but of no hope. Also visited their office but there also the support staff is talking, no senior representative.
