[Resolved]  Hathway — Connection shifting request not attended

I am from banagloer and I have raised a request for shift my connection on Thursday 28th may 2015. Today is again Thursday 4th June 2015 and it is not done still. When I call to their customer care, every time they tell it will be done in 3-4 working days. When I ask for compliant number they will give different number every time. If I ask about this they just put me on hold and don't come back for more than 15 minutes of time. I end up in waiting and then disconnecting the line. I have even sent e-mails and I don't receiev any replies apart from their "Aito Reply" e-mails. This is really frustrating, I cant even close my connection as they made me pay bill for "two pre-paid cycle" (6 months) in the month of March as they did not see my bill payment reflected.
