Hathway — Connection terminated but the refund has not been paid - Cheating all time

Hi, I have had Hathway Broadband connection and due to their pooreeesssstt service, I had disconnected it on[protected]. They have closed the request on[protected], stating my mobile number was not reachable. After chasing them for 10 continuous days through calls and emails, I got a call from Appellate officer saying the amount will be refunded soon, but no one did that till now and its been more that 6 days that the officer had called me. They are cheating me big time and their customer care executives are not in synch with other executives. Each one is giving different answers and I am totally annoyed due this people.
