I have a hathway wireless connection: [protected] in noida rental flat provided by the agent : Shiva Pujan Tiwari (+91- [protected]) and. In lockdown while leaving the flat I submitted the devices to him. Now, I am getting a call everyday from hathway for recharging and they are saying me that devices are not submitted.
While I am having a whatsApp chat with my agent where I am requesting a slip from him and on the other side in between when I am getting a call from agents they are saying your devices are submitted. We are just call you to told the offer.
I requested Hathway to look into issue why I am getting calls, please terminate my connection.
