Hathway — Constant disruption in connection

I got connected to Hathway Broadband internet on the 28th of last month. It's 2 weeks now and I have not had a single day without the connection being disrupted. It is just not for a few minutes but for hours on end. So when something important is being worked at the connection will snap. I have made several complaints almost every day and nothing has been done still. When they want new customers they send several messages stating how fast they are and how good their charges are etc. but once you connect it is totally a different story. If anyone is thinking of getting the Hathway Broadband services I sincerely advise you against it. Now that they have taken the money for 3 moths, they are saying they won't refund the amount nor would they provide the services. This is just cheating the customers.
