[Resolved]  Hathway — Customer care torture

I stopped my broadband service with Hathway and as per rules I paid challan and submitted the devices to the Hathway people and received a receipt too. Still I am getting calls and final notice messages stating to pay 2500 if you don't submit the devices. What kind of ### is this?

I paid the pending on May 5th and the next day itself a representative came and collected the devices. As you can see I received this message on August 5th and I am repeatedly receiving the calls. It's having a serious mental effect and that's effecting my workplace too.
