My phone number had a hathway connection which was cancelled 6 months back. I still get 2 calls every day to renew my membership for which i have patiently explained repeatedly to take me off their database.
On calling the customer care number ([protected]) today, there was a rude response from the employee stating that she will not be able to help me on it.
My only request is to relieve me from these irritating calls that i have to attend everyday. I would definitely not recommend hathway to any of my friends henceforth. Was this information helpful? |
