[Resolved] Hathway — Data balance from earlier months not carried over | |||||
I have been tolerating Hathway with slow speed and now it has been pathetic problems they have been creating. My Acc no 272908 and i have been using a prepaid plan for 2 months for 2 GB and been using since many years. In Jan i got message that bill has to be paid by 29th Jan 2016, i paid it online on 27th Jan, Inspite of this they disconnected it.After complaints they started it but they have not added the data available from last year. Now they have de activated saying that it has overflown. I asked customer care to check my data till dec 2015 and to see if they have added it in January, they say they dont have data of dec, send mail to billing department, etc. Was this information helpful? | |||||
