Dear Sir,
I have taken a subscription of hathway fibernet internet service. My account number is [protected].
The internet router was installed at my home on 29th May 2022 and I was promised that the internet will be activated the same day by 4PM by the person who installed the router.
I have been trying to follow up with customer care and the person who provided the router but they are not even responding to the calls.
The internet is not yet active but they have already deducted 2 days total number of days service will be provided. Was this information helpful? |
