Its been like 2 days i paid them advance they also collected photo and address proof and when i call agent he is like right now technician not available i ill send him in half an hour and today i told him that at any cost i have work i want my connection he said i will send him in half an hour and when i called him after a hour at first he didn't pick my phone änd 2nd time it was busy and afterwards it was switched off this is how they treat the customers

Frankly I did not do anything the agent itself called up and came home done everything. yesterday i filed a complaint here but now its okay i just want to take complaint back
