Hathway — device submission notice | |||
Hi, I had a hathway service and i disconnected in 2016. In 2018 i have got a notice asking me to submit the device. But yet during installation i was given an option either to buy or rent the device and as it was less amount i purchased it. Now after two years im getting a notice. I live outside india and i called several times to call center and they assured il not get further mails but yet i got another yesterday. I have writtten many mails asking for contact number to explain the problem but no reply. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have internet connection issues from past 3 days. I have raised several complaints but these people didn’t respond properly . Hathway has worst customer service!!! They tell you that they will fix the issue in 24 hours but no shows up. I won’t refer my friends/family to use this Hathway connection.
