Hathway Digital Cable — HD Channels

I had nought a HD box from my cable provider on November 1st 2013 and had paid the cable as well as HD charges for a period of 1 year. But ever since Hathway made Star Sports channels available on A la carte basis, I have not been getting any Star Sports HD channels. I have called the cable provider multiple times but he has refused to give me those channels saying "Hathway is asking you to pay for them". I don't understand what's the problem because I have already paid for a yearly subscription and should be getting all the channels till November 1st 2014. The situation has been handled pathetically by Hathway and I am extremely agitated and furious with them and I hope this issue is resolved ASAP.
