I have been using hathway broadband services. On 13/03/2016 i moved to new location in Mumbai. I was earlier residing in Borivali and now i moved to Kandivali. I had already recharged for a period of three months on 12/02/2016 around Rs 2700/-, initially i enquired with hathway about the service at the new location and they stated that they would provide the service at my new location too. However, once i shifted to new location i called them for installation and then they started giving reason that they do not provide service at this location.
As i had already paid amount for three months and i have my deposit placed with them towards the router too. i have already communicated to them thrice and they have only replied once and then there is no news from they about the refund of amount.
I request you to help me in getting my amount for the two months and my deposit amount too. As it is not my fault and its they who are not providing the service and i had confirmed before rechariging and they confirmed that they provide service and now they are not responding.
