Hathway — Disconnection of broadband service | |||
My account no is 668723... i am using a plan which has quarterly payment is Rs.1584/- When I got message for renewal of the plan. I went through the online payment procedure. I found that Rs.1054/- showing as minus... hence i have made a payment of Rs.1055/- through online. Second day I have received a call from 66403700 intimating that my account is showing excess payment. Any how, further i have been also noticed that from two days my broad band connection has been disconnected. I have tried several times on the number given above but not getting answer.. Please look in to the matter and instruct concerned person to activate my broadband connection immediately. It is noteworthy to mention here that my account is showing minus amount on my credit... I regret to inform you that each time at the time of renewal i faced this problem of disconnection/deactivation...even after making excess payment...
