Hathway — Disconnection of hathway connection | |||||
Ive placed a request for disconnection of hathway connection with account no 1340536 on nov 18 and after that their collection executive collected the modem and didn't provide acknowledgement receipt.Inspite of repeated requests to diaconnect and deactivate my account completely, they are generating bill every month and sending it to my mobile numberand email id. Service was also pathetic. Its unfair on their part to generate bill without using their services.its a torture to customer from beginning to ending at hathway. better dont fall prey for marketing of hathway as 50Mbps...you will not even get 1Mbps speed... resolve it asap... attaching mail trail image to [protected]@hathway.net Was this information helpful? | |||||
