Hathway — Discontinuing my service due to relocation and need refund

I have relocated to a new location in chennai and heard from customer care broadband connection is not feasible here.Therefore disconnecting my service and I need a refund of Rs.589 paid on Aug 22, 2021 for prepaid service.
I will handover the device only after receiving the money paid.

Ticket has been already raised 31082021B637321, 04092021B710545 and following up since 5 days but no solution has been provided.
Please help
