Hathway — extorting money from customers even when their current plan is active | |||
I got a mail stating that my service is going to be deactivated today (25th Sept 2015). But when i checked the payment portal it shows the expiry date of 01/10/2015.. Here is the screen-shot and email attachment for your reference. Additional Details Current Plan ULTRA 600 Qtrly prepd Unltd Expiry Date 01/10/2015 If this what the payment portal is stating then why you are sending a mail that my service will be deactivate today (25th Sept 2015) and why your billing team is calling me and threatening me that they will discontinue the service if the payment is not done by today itself. I will make sure to pass on this information to all the people how are using Hathway to check their expiry date on the billing portal and also make sure to make a note as to when they had made payment. As this is really getting out of hand where you (Hathway) don't care about the Customers. STOP CHEATING AND FOCUS ON PROVIDING A BETTER SERVICE TO YOUR CUSTOMER. I would request TRAI Team to kindly look into this matter and get this resolved as this is a case of extorting money from customers even when their current plan is active. The plan is going to expire on 01/10/2015. There is more when you call their customer care centre... they give you the best reply ever... I was on call with one of your executive and she told that there are no managers in the company and there are only senior managers which don't come in shift at this moment. I don't know how Hathway works. But this is really frustrating... one of the pathetic service ever got in my life... Was this information helpful? | |||
