My cust. ID is 1219994 for Hathway Broadband
I am having a 50 MBPS connection.
My connection was downgrades to 0.5 MBPS because my download limit was exceeded in Jan15.
I topped up the account for 10GB by paying Rs 562 on 11.1.15. My service and speed is not being restored as per contract.
I have registered a complaint 4 times on phone [11638870, 11642103 etc ] on cust care number and two time on helpdesk email.
They are just giving false promises and closing the complaint [ I get SMS to that effect]
without solving my problem. Every time they are giving me different
explanations which I cannot understand.
Today 16.1.15, even after 5 days, My account is still not credited for this amount as well as connection speed is not restored as per contract. The speed continues to be less that 0, 5MBPS against promised 50 MBPS
I am only getting false promises without solving my problem nor am I being told what is the problem. So even after paying full charges, for last 5 days, and also spending money on many telephone calls, I am totally helpless. Will Hathway compensate for my lost time, money and mental torture?
