[Resolved] Hathway — Facing internet issues for more than 10 days/month & very slow customer care response | |||||
Hi, I have hathway broadband connection from 2 month. For every month we are facing issues more than 10 days/month. When we register complaint against issues customer care support will responds very late. They will mention by 24hrs it will be resolved, but they are taking more than 20 hours, some time more than 3 to 5 days. If 10+ days we will unable to use, then how our subscription will worth? And they will not refund money/data forward for those days. Please consider it as a high priority issue & take a strict action on hathway.
