[Resolved]  Hathway — Faliure to activate the broadband connection

I booked boradband internet connection on 14th March 2016. I paid Rs. 6840/- for the same. Connection is to be installed and activated in Koramangla, Bangalore. I lodged complaint with the Hathway, called many time but till now the connection has not been made active. My compaint no. with the company is 16199077
