Hathway — False commitment to customer | |||
Just want to inform you I have made the inquiry for Hathway Broadband connection online on 7th Dec 2015. One sales representative visit our location (West Patel Nagar). I asked him that this is my house do you have the flexibility for the broadband connection. He said we have Hathway box near your location. I again told him please check again for the cable flexibility. Daily he call us for the document and the payment. On 10 of December I made the payment and give him the I D proof & photograph. After two day I received the verification call from Hathway department. Till date connection has been not done. I called up many times to that person for the connection. Now he is saying that we have no flexibility in your area. Wait at least 1 month for the connection. My question is this the service Hathway provide. If you don’t have the flexibility than why you have booked the connection and make false commitment to customers. Now they are saying we are returning your money wait for 20 days. I want to make you notice that why these people booked connection if you do not have the cable flexibility. You waste public time and money and make company name down. Kindly return my money and the documents Asap or provide me the connection. Was this information helpful? | |||
