My account is not activated after payment and when we complaint they are not giving valid justification I had renewed my account on 30th May and its been 4 days... Every time they say new thing. They claim to start connection in some hours which is a big lie. They promised to send engineer who never came. I have wasted my money and time complaining again and again as I need to prepare an imp project this week. Please help as I feel cheated. Do confirm if any further details are required... Please call
