Hathway — Fraud: Asked me to pay for 10 months and have 6 months only | |||
I got a call from renewal team to renew my hathway plan . She asked me renew as the subscription was expired a day before on 25th December 2020. She gave me a Renew plan of 6month+4months free i.e10 months for 4365 . After that I renewed the plan on the hathway portal it is saying 6 months . None of the team members are able to help . I also have phone call recording with the renewal agent . And even after multiple follow ups it is not reflecting the correct plan of 10 months. Also I was offered 500gb data usage each month but it shows 220gb data usage. This is a case of fraud and cheating. Was this information helpful? | |||
