Hathway — frequent disconnections and less than 1 MBS advertised as 50 MBPS

I have been repeatedly calling customer care to resolve frequent disconnections, they are taking my 3 month subsription advantage which is already prepaid! they boost 50 MBPS but it is not even 1 MBPS ! I am using my mobile net complaint no. 13160510 complaint no. 13168966
