Hathway — FUP downgrade Issue from 20 days | |||||
Dear Sir, My name is Rajesh, I'm a Hathway customer, I have taken 50 Mbps Net connectoin, My A/C No.1417318, My FUP starts on 31st of every month, but this month they didn't upgraded may FUP, Am getting only 512Mbps from last 20 days, I have raised so many complaints, No one is responding from them, I have given complaint for appellate officer also, they are responding very slow and also not giving proper solution, even i faced so many problems since installation, they are irritating me like anything, Please take a serious action on them.
