[Resolved]  Hathway — Getting repeated calls to recharge

Dear Hathway, I took hathway connection([protected]) 3 years back in chennai. I am getting 6 to 7 calls regularly everyday if i wont do the recharge. i understand funds are very important, but u need to understand from customer perspective also. i wont do recharge if i travel out of station and stay there for too long. i sincerely request you not to call and harass me. iam missing some important calls and my work is getting disturbed. if this continues, i have to discontinue your service and take ACT net. please look into the issue.
