I had a Hathway broadband internet connection (ID : [protected]) which has been terminated and also I have submitted my modem and router, still I get two sales calls every day to renew my connection.
I called the Toll Free Number to activate DND on my account, but I'm still getting these calls.
I am again requesting you to activate DND on my account.
It is a really bad experience, even after having my account terminated and submitting my router and modem to be harrassed every day with such calls.
My experience with Hathway has been great so far.
And I have been recommending it to everyone so far.
However if these calls continue I would be forced to not recommend Hathway to any of my relatives, friends and acquaintances from now on.
Hope you would take action on this request of mine.
