I am Sanjay Vaghela. I have an internet connection on my brother's name, the account details are as below.

I renewed the gtpl account two months back, the gtpl person, Sunil, told me that we will get the 1 month additional validity in the 1 year plan. Still we have not got additional validity and the person is not picking up the phone. Please provide an additional 1 month validity as per the agreement.
