Again facing the same problem. I have called customer service and they told me they were working on my area for a permanent solution but I can't see any solution done. Since last week I am facing the same problem again.
Also when I call to the service center and told them to transfer the call to their senior executive but every time they are not transferring the call and especially the last time I talked with ms. Shaikh Nabira and she talked with me rudely.
So please uninstall your broadband setup from my premises, I don't want this kind of setup. I already waste my money and time on this connection as well as calls. Was this information helpful? |
